the cycle never ends. at first everything’s bad for you, then it’s good for you- what can you do? well, according to these “experts,” drink a cup or two or joe. but, more importantly, follow my own mantra: everything in moderation, including moderation.
i don’t mind if you use it and/or live by it. however, if you need the world of science behind you, i’m all for it, especially if it means you’ll order another Cheater Five. remember, not only is green tea and chocolate good for you now, a cup of joe will do you good, too. for real.
don’t believe me? well, check these out.... (and while i normally would advise “don’t believe everything you read,” well, critically judge these links individually. while enjoying a nice cup o’ joe.

sure, I’d be stoked if you ordered twenty drinks from the orange truck every day, but i don’t want you bouncing off the wall.
i can tell you from personal experience that high levels of organic coffee consumption can get you seriously jacked up (ask my neighbors) and can potentially lower your blood sugar level (tis true). the important thing, i think, is that you enjoy every cup you get from the orange truck. or five. i didn’t build la naranja to give you stronger teeth or to fight communism or combat disease, but to give you, the public, something different (and orange) that tasted really, really good.
don’t forget to buy a cup for a friend. and if not for a friend, treat those three or four nice people standing next to you to a cup. wouldn’t that be nice?
